How to Purchase Parking Vouchers

Pre-paid parking vouchers are available for purchase on site at any ticket window, over the phone, or through the mail. Unfortunately, we do not have an online option to purchase pre-paid parking vouchers.

If you purchase the parking vouchers over the phone or through the mail, you can expect to receive them in the mail within two to three weeks of the payment processing date.

How to Use Your Parking Vouchers

1. Enter the parking structure and push the button to issue a white parking ticket from the machine.
2. Enter the Aquarium of the Pacific through your Member Express Entrance to wonder, explore, discover, and learn!
3. Return to the parking structure and look for a kiosk on the first and second floors.
4. Insert the white parking ticket in the kiosk, and then scan your pre-paid parking voucher (each one has a barcode printed on it). Now, your white parking ticket is officially validated!
5. When you leave the parking structure, insert your white parking ticket at the gate to exit.
